A Signature BLU Event in support of Blu Genes Foundation, TEA FOR BLU is an elegantly crafted afternoon of socializing, delicious traditional tea service, fun activations with special guest medical superstars. Tea for Blu is hosted at iconic and beautiful hotels in Toronto to provide a stylish and sophisticated experience. We have welcomed guests to Toronto's, St. Regis, King Edward Hotel, Four Seasons, Shangri-La and this year, the Park Hyatt. Funds raised through Tea for Blu is committed to advancing gene therapy and gene editing research for rare disease. This year our support will impact SickKids, Toronto and University of Massachusetts. Velo Blu
A Signature BLU GENES Event, VELO BLU raises funds to advance gene therapy research for rare diseases. VELO BLU is a charity bike ride and event that takes place every September at the beautiful Peller Estates Winery. Riding participants are guided on a challenging scenic ride through Niagara-on-the-Lake, with multiple routes for all cyclists of different skill levels to enjoy the ride. Non-riders are treated to curated activities to 'Experience Niagara,' and all guests gather for a celebration with great food, wine, company and a sense of accomplishment. Our 6th Annual VELO BLU took place on Friday, September 19, 2025, and was a big success. Thank you to our riders, supporters and our 55+ Sponsors–with your help we raised $360,000! This brings the total raised by our annual Velo Blu event to over $2,000,000!
