An unexpected gift, a community’s kindness, and an unforgettable experience for Jack 💙 Diagnosed with a rare disease, 7-year-old Jack has been through so much. To help fund life-changing research, friends of the family held an auction for their Taylor Swift tickets.
But when the winning bidder insisted the tickets should stay with the girls, they had a new idea: give them to Jack. Now, Jack’s seen Taylor live in Toronto, and together, the auction raised $40,000 for the research that could change his life! 🙏💫

Blu Genes was established to raise funds and awareness for rare disease research. This awareness is what brought a new initiative to Blu Genes. Through our connections with UMass an introduction was made and Blu Genes has partnered with Jack and his family to help them with their mission to advance research for a rare disease called SPG4.
The hope is a clinical trial and a treatment for children like Jack.
