Velo Blu is more than a charity ride — it’s a boutique, high-end experience for cyclists and guests alike. On Friday, September 18, 2026, join us for the much-anticipated return of Velo Blu in the breathtaking hills of Niagara-on-the-Lake, with a choice of two scenic routes: 45km or 75km, designed for both avid and recreational cyclists.
For guests who prefer a more relaxed day, Experience Niagara offers a curated selection of exclusive activities set in the stunning surroundings of wine country — ensuring everyone can be part of the Velo Blu experience.
The day culminates in an unforgettable celebration on the expansive grounds of Peller Estates Winery, featuring a marquee reception and gourmet meal, where riders, guests, and sponsors come together to toast a day well spent.
Since its inception, Velo Blu has raised over $2 million in support of rare disease research, thanks to the generosity of our philanthropic community. This sought-after event brings together leaders from the building and real estate development sectors, professional services, the financial community, and key influencers — all united to help advance gene therapy research and accelerate treatments for rare diseases.
